Policies
When making a reservation, it is required to provide a credit card for booking purposes. Please be aware that you have the option to reschedule your appointment once per month.
Arrival
We kindly request that you arrive punctually for your appointment, and please consider potential traffic delays when planning your arrival.
Tardiness
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you expect to be more than 10 min late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. A late fee of $20 may be applied for delays of up to 15 minutes, and appointments may be subject to cancellation.
While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please note that your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Masks
Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory. However, if you believe you are at risk or have recently recovered from Covid or the flu, continue wearing a mask.
Guests
Please be aware that we have a moderately supervised waiting area with space for one additional guest. If feasible, we kindly suggest leaving children at home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We accept all credit cards and Interac and LAGOMIA Gift Cards.
AUTOMATED APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
As a courtesy, we send automated reminders via text and email 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to help prevent unintentionally missing your appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid an automatic credit card charge. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a $40 cancellation fee being applied.
In the event of a "no-show," your card will automatically be charged 100% of the treatment. Repeated instances of no-shows may lead to the regrettable decision of refusing further services. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
